Shipping Policy
Processing Time All products are custom-made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your order ships. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Methods & Rates All orders are shipped via USPS. We offer the following flat-rate shipping options at checkout:

Delivery estimates are after processing and do not include weekends or holidays.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable) at darkfatenails@gmail.com.
