Dark Fate Nails creates custom, made-to-order press-on nail sets designed specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Before You Order

Please carefully review your order details, including design specifications, sizing, and customization options before completing your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, production begins immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns on custom orders, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your nail set arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged or defective items

A description of the issue

We will review your case and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom Order Disclaimer & Waiver Requirement

Prior to the creation of any custom nail set, all clients are required to complete and submit an informational disclaimer and waiver form via JotForm. This form will be sent to you via email before your order goes into production. Upon submission, JotForm will automatically send a copy to both you and Dark Fate Nails for your records. For information on how JotForm handles your data, please review the JotForm Privacy Policy. Your order will not go into production until the completed form has been received. Failure to submit the form within 10 days may result in order cancellation.
